Project Objectives

(1) Arouse the awareness of HKU students and staff on the importance of play and sports on children's mental and social development and promote the benefits of play on children's wellness

(2) Offer opportunities for fostering family relationship and harmonious family life in the healthy development of children

HKU students and staff, families (children and parents) in Kwun Tong district, the general public

Activity 1: "FAM-tastic Adventure" Overnight Wild Camp with Grassroot Families

Training Day for Ambassadors: 19 Jan 2023 (Thu) @ HKU
Briefing Day for Campers: 28 Jan 2023 (Sat) @ Lam Tin
Overnight Wild Camp: 4-5 Feb 2023 (Sat-Sun) @ Sai Kung

Activity 2: "Fly for Fun" HKU Promotion Booth (Date: 20-24 Feb 2023; Location: HKU)

Activity 3: "Kidstopia for All" Community Playground and Carnival

Preparation Meeting with Ambassadors: 15 Feb 2023 (Wed) @ HKU
Reunion Day with Families: 25 Feb 2023 (Sat) @ Lam Tin
Community Carnival: 19 Mar 2023 (Sun) @ Central & Western District (TBC)
